Haritma works as the Executive Assistant to the CEO.

Haritma comes with a rich experience of 19 years in a similar role at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium where she was assisting the Diplomatic Team. Her key job responsibilities included managing the offices of the Ambassador, Deputy Head of Mission and the other three diplomats, looking after the internal and external high-level visits and other projects pertaining to the six countries of jurisdiction namely Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Maldives, Sri Lanka and India. The position also provided her the platform to work in diverse sectors ranging from Political, Economic diplomacy, Multilateral affairs and Environment & Energy.

Haritma completed her Graduation and Post-Graduation in French from the Centre for French and Francophone Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi. She also holds an advance certificate in Teaching of French as a Foreign Language (FLE) from Alliance Française de Delhi. As a language student, she had the opportunity to work as a Foreign Assistant at the English Department of the renowned Lycée Condorcet in Paris in 2002.

A bibliophile, Haritma can be found reading whenever she gets free time. She loves to listen to old Indian melodies. An avid student of European art and architecture, she has spent endless days at the famous museums with the exhibits of famous impressionists and sculptors. She tries to take every possible chance during long weekends to travel and explore new places near and far alike.
