Kamakhya Dey has joined as a Human Resource Operations Executive at the Council . He has over 4.5 years of experience working as an HR Operations lead in HR Database management, HRIS, Payroll Processing and Employee life cycle management.

Kamakhya completed his Masters in Business Administration in HR & Marketing from Dibrugarh University. He is an avid reader; he loves reading literary fiction. He also loves cooking for his friends.
