Narendran has joined The Council as a Consultant with the Clean Air team, stationed at Amritsar. His expertise includes solid waste management, environmental management systems, circular economy, and extended producer responsibilities. His works focus on effective waste management practices and circular economy strategies to accelerate the transition to zero waste.

Before joining the Council, Narendran was an Assistant Manager (Sustainability) at RITES Ltd. His work includes preparing & drafting DPRs, Techno-Economic Feasibility Reports, and Tender documents for Solid Waste Management projects in Bengaluru. In the past, Narendran worked as a Sr. Executive – in compliance & audits with Recykal, where he was part of the EPR-Sustainability team involved in the Plastic, E-waste & Battery waste EPR compliance and international plastic credits project. Narendran worked with Zigma Global Environ Solutions (P) Ltd. as an Environmental Engineer in legacy waste bio-remediation projects at Chennai and Erode.

Narendran holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Anna University. Outside of work, Narendran is a creative spirit, expressing his feelings through painting, drawing, and the thrill of riding bikes. He is also a Judo player and has participated in various tournaments, representing the college team. Balancing his adventurous side with deep connections, he cherishes spending time with friends. His life combines artistic passion, freedom, and meaningful relationships.
