Prayank Jain
Special Assistant to the CEO
Prayank works with the Foresight Team and manages the CEO's engagements with the government, industries, multilateral organisations, and the media. He provides strategic support for policy briefings, relationship management, and internal coordination with sectoral teams. Prayank leads special projects on environmental diplomacy and international affairs, and contributes to research on geo-engineering governance. An international lawyer, Prayank's expertise includes climate governance, human security, negotiation processes, nonprofit strategy, and capacity building.
Prayank has worked as a consultant for US-based environmental organizations and global institutions, including the Fletcher School, Namati, UNITAR, Congress of Nations and States, Green Pro Bono, and Jan Sahas. He started his career with the International Advocacy team at the Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative (CHRI) in Delhi, and has been an adjunct faculty for environmental law at Lloyd Law College and a trainer for youth networks in Asia. Prayank has represented India at international moot court competitions and has won Best Memorial awards at the world rounds of the Nelson Mandela Human Rights Moot in Geneva and the Stetson International Environmental Moot in Florida.
Prayank holds a Master of International Law (LL.M.) from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University in the US. He completed undergraduate legal studies from Symbiosis International University in India, and obtained a diploma in Comparative International Law from ISIL Delhi and University of Lisbon.
