Richa is consulting with the Outreach team for events and campaigns including but not limited to the Council’s research and launches along with its work for COP, G20, Mission LiFE and other climate-centric and economic engagements.
Richa has a decade of experience across the corporate and development sector, encompassing content, development, business, strategy and action. In her recent profiles, she was the Lead - Outreach and Communications at SELCO Foundation, a social energy enterprise delivering sustainable energy solutions for the underprivileged. She has also led Equal Opportunity Awards 2018 at Nipman Foundation, along with advocating for accessibility for the disabled. Before her conscious switch to the non-profit, she extended PR for big tech mandates at Genesis BCW.
Richa holds a History major from Kamala Nehru College, University of Delhi and a Double Master's in Journalism and Mass Communication. Her short stint as a journalist for education segment has some features, interviews and cover stories.
She is a sustainability enthusiast and is an avid tree-hugger. She is a curious soul to read and know about the world (more of fresh perspectives) while walking or drinking coffee. She is committed to evolve as a better human to take care of the planet and mostly dogs. At (all) times, you can find her gazing the sky.
