Shreya Jaiswal
Consultant
Shreya works as a consultant on sustainable mobility projects out of the Council’s Lucknow office. Her research interest lies in performing spatio-temporal and techno-economic analysis, as well as formulating approaches and strategies for sustainable transport, infrastructure and environment sectors. Her other areas of interests include project consultations under the verticals of infrastructure services, risk assessments, climate change resilience and circular economy.
Prior to joining the Council, Shreya has worked for a year as a junior architect. She has also completed internships with UNICITI, Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) and Design Forum International. Shreya has also briefly worked in projects related to preparation of sustainable development plans at different scales. She strives to create integrated designs by addressing issues of social space, cultural relevance, infrastructure, active mobility, natural habitats and resilience to positively impact cities and communities.
Shreya holds a Master of Planning with a specialisation in Urban and Regional Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal and a Bachelors in Architecture from Amity University, Lucknow. Swimming, dancing, singing, social work, baking and gourmet are all integral parts of her life that provide her enormous delight outside of work.
