Aditya Vikram Jain

Research Analyst

Aditya Vikram Jain is a hydrogeologist by profession and is currently working as a Research Analyst in the water team at CEEW where his work is focused on data management and modelling along with remote sensing. He has experience of 2 years in integrated water and natural resource management across Asia and Europe. Before joining CEEW, he was working at HIAL, Ladakh where he worked on the Ice Stupa project.

Aditya has briefly worked with ICIMOD on spring shed management across Uttarakhand using artificial intelligence, hydrogeological surveys, and remote sensing. He was briefly engaged with the Embassy of Brazil in India and Waternet, Amsterdam where he worked on hydrogeological modelling.

Aditya has completed his bachelor's in Geology from Hansraj College, University of Delhi, and his master's as an Erasmus Mundus scholar in the Groundwatch programme from UNESCO IHE Delft Institute for Water Education, the Netherlands; IST Lisbon, Portugal; and TU Dresden, Germany. He is a member of the International Association of Hydrogeologists and engaged with other non-governmental organisations worldwide.
