Aishwarya works as a Research Analyst with the Energy Transitions team. Her work is focused on building evidence including estimating employment and co-benefits in order to push for a circular economy across various streams.

She is a lawyer and graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. She formerly worked at Saahas Zero Waste as a Senior Manager – Compliance and Regulatory Policy and also functioned in the capacity of an in-house legal counsel for the organisation. During this time, she juggled between handling legal work for the company and undertaking waste management consulting.

With the opportunities that came her way, she developed a deep interest in the circular economy domain and has continued her work over the past four years in regulatory, policy, and advisory aspects.

Outside of work, she loves to attend live orchestra and concerts and go on nature walks. Her stress buster is taking off to the coast or the hills whenever possible.
