Charu is a seasoned talent acquisition professional working as Head – Talent Acquisition at CEEW. She brings in 14 years of diverse industry experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies at a global level and has expertise in talent engagement and organising campus hiring programs locally and with international universities. She also has experience in managing all phases of the selection process, including but not restricted to the recruitment process and HR operations for niche domains such as software, IT security and cloud, big data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, among others.

Charu believes in working with an agile mindset with thorough business acumen while focusing on continuous improvement with the help of recruiting metrics. She is driven towards enabling teams to be successful in achieving time-bound objectives while ensuring opportunities for individual development.

Prior to CEEW, she was associated with Microsoft and Guavus Network Systems, where, as part of the leadership team, she led the Global Talent Acquisition (India and NorAM regions) function and was responsible for overall recruiting activities across the organization.

Charu holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Bharti Vidyapeeth University. She completed her Graduation in finance and banking from Delhi Institute of Management studies.

She is a fitness enthusiast and loves going to the gym or spending a few hours in the week doing aerobics and zumba. When not at work, she likes to cook, dance, sing, and spend time with her family.
