Don works as a Research Analyst with the Sustainable Water team at The Council. His work focuses on analysing water policies across levels, identifying gaps and inconsistencies, researching global best practices, developing recommendations for coherent policies, and collaborating to align water policies with broader sustainability goals.
Prior to joining The Council, Don has conducted research on human-wildlife conflict mitigation in the Bandhavgarh-Sanjay landscape, led an impact assessment study of livelihood projects in Gujarat, and participated in creating a forest micro plan in Madhya Pradesh through various internships with wildlife conservation organizations, consulting firms, and the forest department.

His stress buster in the virtual world is exploring nature documentaries, while in the real world, it is exploring hill stations on a bike.
