Mayank, as Engagement Lead in the International Cooperation team, manages CEEW’s Country Desks spanning Asia-Oceania, Africa-MENA, Europe, and the Americas, with the aim to maintain meaningful relationships with India’s overseas missions, foreign missions in India, multilateral organisations, and industry leadership. Mayank also manages several national and international engagements and projects with India’s Union Ministries.

Prior to joining The Council, Mayank was Deputy Director in the International Affairs Division of the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) in New Delhi. He has led numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing bilateral relations between India and countries in Africa, Europe, Russia, and Northeast Asia.

Mayank holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature (Hons.) from the University of Delhi, and holds certifications in German from the Goethe-Institut in New Delhi, in Korean from the Korean Cultural Centre India (KCCI), and Russian from the Russian Centre of Science and Culture.

Mayank is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys horror films and coffee. He is a passionate polyglot with a keen interest in learning new languages.
