Lovekesh Wadhwa is Director—Finance, at CEEW. He brings more than 42 years of experience spanning finance, institutional development, operations, international business, and governance across the social
sector, multinational organizations, publishing, private enterprise, and export businesses.

Before joining CEEW, he served as Director Finance and Institutional Development at WWF India for over 12 years. In this role, he led finance, accounts, operations, compliance, and institutional development, while supporting the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee through financial reporting and institutional updates. Earlier, he managed international business and export operations at Aasees
International Pvt. Ltd., working across Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, and South East Asia. He also contributed to finance and transformation work at Oxford University Press, including the automation of its accounting system in the United Kingdom.

Mr Wadhwa has also worked with CEEW previously as a consultant, reviewing operations and finance policies, procedures, and FCRA-related practices. This work involved assessing process documentation and contributing recommendations to strengthen governance, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

Outside work, he enjoys social networking, supporting education and social causes, and playing badminton, table tennis, and carom.
