Prior to joining The Council, Tanu held the position of HR Executive at Prominent Staffing, where she played a pivotal role in recruiting top talent for Fortune 500 companies, particularly within IT, technology, and analytics sectors. She brings a wealth of expertise in sourcing specialized profiles, including data scientists, data engineers, credit risk modelers etc

Tanu holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University. A lifelong learner, she frequently attends seminars to expand her knowledge and stay ahead in the field. Passionate about networking, she thrives on connecting with new people. In her downtime, she enjoys immersing herself in anime or unwinding at cozy cafés with friends.
