Tulshe works at CEEW’s outreach team as a Communications Specialist, handling all media-centric communications, including outreach for events, interviews, announcements and more to build greater visibility for the organisation. She aims to leverage her storytelling skills to showcase The Council’s cutting-edge research to the world.

Previously, Tulshe has worked with PR firms like Edelman India, and Ruder Finn India to drive communications for leading smartphone and technology brands like OnePlus, OPPO, TCS, Tata Communications, and NIIT Technologies (now Coforge), among others, and driven campaigns that have been recognised nationally and internationally. She was also a part of the PR 30 under 30 awards list (2022 batch) by Exchange4Media and PR Moments. She has a Bachelor's in arts and a diploma in mass communication.

Tulshe enjoys watching documentaries and movies and reading autobiographies and memoirs. She loves to learn about new things and gather different perspectives on all the things on this earth. Her love for dogs is immense and she never misses a chance to showcase it.
