Utsav Garg will be joining us as Head of Administration in Council on Energy, Environment and Water. He brings home 21 years of experience in management skills. In his new role he will be directly/indirectly working with all teams at CEEW and will be supporting them operationally. Prior to CEEW, he had worked in an array of hotels. He started his career with the first Grand Hyatt of India in 2002 in Delhi and later moved to The Iconic Imperial, New Delhi. He has worked with international brands like IHG, Taj, Claridges and eventually joined one of the fastest home-grown Indian Hotel brands, Lemon Tree Hotels. At Lemon Tree he ran a pilot project inducting 6 down syndrome fellows to food and beverage operations and personally mentored them for about a year, going on to implement this programme pan India. In his 20 plus years journey in hotels, he has been accoladed time and again. He was awarded ‘Food and Beverage Manager of the Year’ by Hotelier India in year 2016 for upscale hotels, ‘Resident Manager’ by BW hotelier India in 2017 for upscale hotels and ‘General Manager of the Year’ by BW and Hotelier India in 2018 to name a few.
Utsav is an MBA in Production & Operation management and Marketing from SVSU. He is a graduated from National Council of Hotel Management in 2002.Utsav has always been a team player and worked a solution out for every problem.
