A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Vikas manages The Council’s accounts and finances. He handles and supervises all project accounting, fund management, and taxation, and ensures all of The Council’s statutory compliances. He also supports the smooth functioning of all finance, human resources, and administrative matters at The Council.

Vikas likes to look at each problem he faces as a puzzle, to be analysed and assembled. He brings over eleven years of experience to The Council, having worked with a variety of chartered accounting firms in Delhi including Kumar Verma & Associates and Vaish & Associates.

Vikas holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce from Delhi University and a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from ICFAI university.
