Anjali has joined The Council as an HR Operations Executive with the HR (Operations) team. Her work focuses on onboarding, conducting key policy trainings, lead the employee-lifecycle processes around recruitment, payroll, benefits, performance management, HR policies and exits.

Prior to joining The Council, Anjali was the Vice-President of Girl Up Astitva. She also led the project Roobaroo, at the Connecting Dreams Foundation that focussed on the importance of mental health.

Anjali holds a bachelor's degree in Physical Science from Miranda House, University of Delhi. Outside of work, Anjali loves watching romcoms and hunting for good places to eat. Her stress buster in the virtual world is clicking pictures of the sky and listening to pop music, while in the real world, it is painting and exploring places to fill her wardrobe.
