CEEW certified as a Great Place to Work

We are delighted to announce that CEEW has been certified as a Great Place to Work as per the latest study released by the Great Places to Work (GPTW) Institute. The certification is valid for one year from June 2020 to May 2021. Overall, 21 non-profits and over 900 organisations from India participated in the study this year.

The certification is a recognition for team CEEW and its workplace culture. The assessment is undertaken through an independent and robust process that consists of two lenses – a Trust Index survey and a Culture Assessment audit – and follow-up calls with select employees by the GPTW team. On meeting the qualifying criteria on each of them, an organisation is certified as a Great Place to Work for one year.

Speaking about the achievement, Arunabha Ghosh, CEO, CEEW, said, "To receive this acknowledgment is definitely a moment of pride for all of us at CEEW, and a testimony to the institution that each member of the team has helped create and shape. The fact that it comes in the year we turn 10 makes it extra special! A sincere thanks to all our partners and well-wishers for their continued support."

Earlier this year, CEEW was ranked first in South Asia among 'Top Think Tanks with Annual Operating Budget under $5 Million' by the University of Pennsylvania's '2019 Global Go To Think Tank Index' for the seventh year running. CEEW has also been ranked as South Asia's 'Top Energy and Resource Policy' think tank for two years in a row and among the 'Best Managed Think Tanks' in the world. Other categories in which CEEW has been featured include 'Top Science and Technology Think Tanks', 'Think Tanks to Watch', 'Top Environment Policy Think Tank', and 'Best Independent Think Tanks'.
