Om Prakash (OP) Singh is an experienced professional in the development sector with over twenty years of work experience in WASH, health, and nutrition. He currently serves as the Chief of Party (CoP) for the Cleaner Air and Better Health USAID Project. He holds a Ph.D. in Health Management, a postgraduate degree in Health Management, and a foundational degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (B Pharm).
Before joining the Cleaner Air and Better Health project, Singh worked at Save the Children India for ten years as the Head of Health and Nutrition Program Management. Prior to that, he worked for three years as an Institutional Strengthening Specialist on the USAID Project “Improving Healthy Behaviours Program”. He has designed, implemented, and scaled interventions on diarrhoea, pneumonia, health system strengthening, and WASH, and has established partnerships with national and state-level governments, academic institutions, and development organizations. Singh has also published his research work in international journals.
