Reman is a talent engagement and development expert and leads The Council’s HR function. Her role involves being a custodian for career management at CEEW, designing ways for continuous learning and development and being responsive to the current and future people priorities of the organisation.
She has 17 years of experience and has formerly worked as an independent consultant, partnering with clients on a retainership basis to ensure an implementation focus. She built her career foundations at Aon Hewitt (2003 – 2013) and her last role was as Senior Consultant for the Employee Engagement practice. Some of her key clients included Tata Steel, Cairn Energy, Kuoni Travel, Mahindra & Mahindra and Raymond. She also led Aon’s internal HR function for their Rewards and Actuarial practices. She is passionate about setting-up people frameworks, systems and processes and supported the team to set up their first office in the Middle East region in Dubai.
Reman holds an Economics degree from Hindu College and has completed her post-graduation in Organisation Studies from Warwick Business School. She has been an alumni guest lecturer at Warwick, to provide students with a practical, “real-life” flavour of the role of human resources at the workplace.
