Srishti is a Research Analyst with the Climate Resilience team. Her work focuses on integration of differential vulnerability in the Climate change diaspora especially in the Indian context through deep dive research, policy intervention, offering solutions and recommendations.
Srishti holds a Master of Arts degree in Disaster Management with specialisation in Disaster Policy and Action from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. During which, she interned at organisations such as ICIMOD, Nepal to give foundation to her institutional understanding of Himalayan Climate Risk mitigation and its impacts on mountain communities. Outside of work, Srishti loves singing, swimming, and aspires to travel the world for different cuisines. Her stress buster is “ good ol’ switch off everything and climb a mountain“ and if possible take a swim in the ocean. She also spends quality time with her cat, whether it’s annoying her or being annoyed by her.
