Abhishek in his role, manages The Council’s financial activities ranging from project management, operational budgeting, financial management, fund allocation and staffing. In addition, he looks after the statutory compliances, Audit functions and strategic planning for improvising the Internal Control Systems at The Council.
He brings over his seven years of experience to The Council, having worked with various Chartered Accountancy firms and as an Independent consultant. His major focus areas are Financial Planning, Project Fund Management, Direct Taxation, Managerial Finance, Audits and Internal Control Systems.
Abhishek holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University. He is a semi qualified Chartered Accountant and a Certified Accounting Technician (ATC) by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Delhi. He also holds a Practitioner Certificate in GST.
