Dhairya Nagpal has joined as a Next Generation India Fellow in New Technologies, focusing on the crucial balance between technological personalization and user privacy while advocating for ethical practices in emerging technologies.

His professional experience spans several prestigious organizations. Dhairya has served as a Product Manager at Zomato, Housing.com, Mobile Premier League, and Atom EI; as a UX Researcher at Hike, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, Concordia University, Montreal, Canada, and the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies; and as a Consumer Behaviour & Market Researcher at S.P Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, and the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Additionally, he has made significant contributions in Digital Marketing and Content Creation at OnePlus and Philips.

Academically, Dhairya majors in Human-Computer Interaction at Delhi Technological University, underpinned by his foundation in Data Science & Applications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He has co-authored research papers in HCI and Consumer Behaviour.

Beyond academia, Dhairya is an accomplished Artist & Sculptor, having won multiple competitions and presented at exhibitions. He conducts workshops in various artistic mediums and has established the Dhairya Nagpal Store (DNS), aiming to make a significant and intangible impact through his art.
