Yet clean air is not shaped by policy and technology alone; it is shaped by everyday choices: how cities plan and invest in public transit, how industries adopt cleaner processes, and how families choose the energy they use at home. As the country enters the next phase of its clean air journey, progress will depend on aligning these individual and collective actions, across government, industry, and communities, around a shared vision for people and planet. It is this need for a dedicated space where these many choices and actors can come together that has prompted the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW) to propose Clean Air Horizons as its annual flagship platform for advancing collaborative solutions for a cleaner, healthier, and more resilient India. Conceived as an exclusive and immersive convening of decision-makers, innovators, and thought leaders, it will serve as a launchpad to align everyday action with policy ambition, co-design new strategies, and forge partnerships across sectors that translate collective effort into measurable improvements in the air people breathe.
