Parineet Kaur Chowdhury
Research Analyst
Parineet has joined The Council as a Research Analyst with the Energy Transitions team. Her work focuses on generating evidence and developing tools for responsible and just renewable energy deployment and estimating the employment potential of green jobs in renewable energy.
Prior to joining The Council, Parineet worked as an Analyst at YCP Auctus. She has worked on international expansion strategy pieces, formulated detailed econometric models to conduct asset traffic analysis, undertook risk analysis and financial modelling to understand valuation impacts on business. Further, she has conducted extensive primary and secondary research on historical asset traffic patterns and worked on understanding different revenue sharing models in public private partnerships as well as project value estimation.
Parineet has graduated with Honours in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi with specialisation in econometrics and political economy. Outside of work, Parineet loves to write and perform poetry and has performed across different forums nationally. She is also an international level debater, an avid reader and loves exploring new food joints.
