Ritika Sen

Research Analyst

Ritika has joined The Council as a Research Analyst with the Sustainable Mobility team. Her work focuses on policy research in vehicle electrification, mobility infrastructure, and urban transport planning in India, primarily using statistical and econometric methods.

Prior to joining The Council, Ritika served as a Junior Executive with Jindal Steel & Power, working directly under the Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Shri Naveen Jindal as part of the CSR team in Kurukshetra. In this role, she gained significant experience in on-ground policy support, government liaison, and community development. She has also published an issue brief on bike taxi demand in India, as a Capstone Fellow with OMI Foundation's Future Mobility Team.

Ritika holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics (Honours) from the University of London and a Master's in Public Policy (Gold Medalist) from Jindal School of Government and Public Policy. Outside of work, Ritika is a big Bollywood fan and a total music lover, no matter the language. Trained in Hindustani Classical Music and Bharatanatyam, she loves the stage, be it singing, dancing, or acting.
