Serving as a Mahatma Gandhi National Fellow at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, he played a pivotal role in leading skilling initiatives, orchestrating seamless coordination with SSDM and DSCs, conducting insightful socio-economic analyses, and championing innovative projects.
Transitioning into the role of District Program Officer at C-NES under NHM Assam, his commitment to healthcare excellence took center stage. Focused on enhancing Maternal and Child Health in the river island areas of Brahmaputra through the "Boat Clinic Project," he orchestrated health activities, conducted fieldwork, interviews, and surveys, leaving an indelible mark on public health improvement efforts.
Saikot journey also includes serving as a Counselling Officer at the Piramal Swasthya Management and Research Institute, where he delivered crucial counselling services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS, High-Risk Groups, and the general population, showcasing his dedication to holistic well-being.
Educational background comprises a Master in Social Work from Assam University, Silchar, complementing his practical experience in the field. Proficient in strategic planning, policy evaluation, and impactful community engagement, he has consistently demonstrated a unique approach to addressing public health challenges.
