Industrial Energy and GHG Emissions Dashboard

The Council has developed a comprehensive database on India's industrial energy consumption and related GHG emissions by analysing more than two lakh formal sector enterprises between 2005 and 2015. The analysis employs a bottom-up approach to estimate the energy consumption and related emissions by considering more than 80 fuels reported across individual factories.

CEEW Solar Pumps Tool

The Council’s Solar Pumps Tool is a decision-support tool for solar-powered irrigation systems. This online, map-based tool helps identify the most conducive geographical regions (at the district level in India) for the sustainable deployment of solar pumps, and also indicates the social, economic, and environmental parameters to be considered during deployment in particular regions.

Wastewater Treatment and Resource Recovery Techno-Economic Assessment Tool

The Council's Wastewater Treatment and Resource Recovery Techno-Economic Assessment Tool is an Excel-based decision-support tool for wastewater practitioners. The tool provides a quick economic assessment for a wastewater circular economy intervention. In the tool, practitioners have the option to select suitable treatment technology & resource recovery options. Users can provide their desired payback on investment as an input, and the tool helps determine the potential tariff at which the recycled water can be sold to the industry.
