“अगर तुम साथ हो, यह पृथ्वी मेरे प्रेम की तरह और प्रेम पृथ्वी की तरह अडिग रहेगा”
तुम पूछते हो मुझसे कि क्या तुम्हारे लिए मेरा प्रेम कभी बदलेगा?
वैज्ञानिकों का कहना है कि अगले 100 साल तक पृथ्वी पर सब कुछ बदल जाएगा।
ज़्यादा बर्फ पिघलेगी
महासागर बढ़ेंगे
कहीं गर्मी बढ़ेगी, कहीं सर्द हवाएँ, कहीं ज़्यादा बारिश होगी और कहीं
हर साल सूखा पड़ेगा
कहीं तेज़ तूफान आ सकता है, नदियाँ सूख सकती हैं, कुछ भी हो सकता है
सब कुछ बदल सकता है...
लेकिन तुम्हारे लिए मेरा प्रेम ठीक वैसा ही रहेगा जैसा पृथ्वी को रहना चाहिए
मेरा प्रेम उस बर्फ की तरह है जिसके इंतज़ार में गर्मियाँ गुज़ारी जाती हैं
मेरा प्रेम उस महासागर की तरह है जिसमें इश्क की नदियाँ मिलाई जाती हैं
मेरे प्रेम की गर्मी सर्द मौसम में चाय की प्याली जैसा काम करेगी
मेरे प्रेम की सर्द हवाएँ रेगिस्तान की आँच को भी शीतल बना रखेंगी
मेरे प्रेम की बारिश में तुम बूंदों से बस दोस्ती कर लेना
और सुनो अगर बाढ़ आ जाए, तो प्रेम की सूखी धरती पर बस एक बार कदम रख लेना...
और अगर कभी कहीं मेरे प्रेम के तूफान में फँस जाओ तुम
या प्रेम के समंदर में गोते खाओ तुम
या गर्मी इतनी हो जाए कि तुम सह न सको
तो बस याद रखना, कि तुम भी मेरे प्रेम का ठीक से ख़याल रखो..
तुम उस इंसान की तरह रहना जो जानता है कि जो हम आज कर रहे हैं,
ठीक उसी पर हमारा कल आधारित होगा,
तुम पृथ्वी से प्रेम करोगे तभी तो मेरा प्रेम पृथ्वी सा रहेगा
मेरे प्रेम के पानी और शक्ति को तुम संजोकर रखना,
और याद रखना कि ये धरती, आकाश, नदियाँ इसलिए बदल रहे हैं
क्योंकि इंसान नहीं बदल रहा...
100 साल बीत जाएँ तो क्या, मेरा प्रेम न बदलेगा, न कम होगा
अगर तुम साथ हो, अगर तुम साथ हो, तो मेरा प्रेम पृथ्वी की तरह और ये पृथ्वी प्रेम की तरह अडिग रहेगी।

Scientists say that in the next 100 years, everything on earth will change.
More snow will melt
Oceans shall rise
Some places will become hotter, some colder, some will be drenched in rain, yet others suffer from drought...
There may be violent storms, and rivers dry up, anything can happen.
Everything can change...
But my love for you will remain the same, as resilient as the Earth.
My love for you is like the soft snow one dreams of during summer
My love is like the ocean that brings together the rivers of love
The warmth of my love will be like a cup of tea in winters.
The cool breeze of my love will soothe the hottest of burning sands
As you get drenched in the showers of my love, just befriend the droplets
And if there’s a flood, just take refuge in the dry haven of my love.
And if ever feel overwhelmed in storm of my love
Or struggle to surface from this depths
Or emerge from its searing heat
Just remember to take care of my love too…
Be aware that our deeds of today
will have consequences for our tomorrow.
When you love like the Earth loves us, our love will remain
So preserve every drop and the power of my love,
Remember that this earth, the sky, the rivers are changing only because
we are not changing...
Even if 100 years pass by, my love for you will neither change nor fade away
If you are with me, this earth will remain strong like my love and my love will remain strong like the earth.
