The Uttarakhand Department of Energy, with CEEW as a knowledge partner, launched a public awareness campaign to accelerate rooftop solar adoption in the state. Inaugurated by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at the two-day Saur Kauthig solar fair in Dehradun, the campaign facilitates solar adoption while highlighting its economic and environmental benefits. A mobile solar van, introduced at the event, is travelling statewide to demonstrate the benefits of rooftop systems and address consumer queries.
