Dhruv is a Programme Associate in the Technology Futures team at The Council, and his work focuses primarily on energy storage and electric mobility. He has previously interned at the Centre for Energy Finance (CEF) and worked with Wirtgen India in the quality control and supply chain management of heavy equipment manufacturing.

At the Council, Dhruv tracks key market and technology developments in energy storage, and develops business models and policy recommendations to enable clean energy transition. He also closely monitors key supply chains, recycling technologies and trends in the electric mobility and power sector.

Dhruv holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka (NITK). He enjoys quizzing, star-gazing and is keen to help build public appetite for rational discourse and evidence-based policies.
